Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving
Featuring a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic variant)
Functionality: Comes with grinding programs for flat surface and groove cutting.
Feed mode options: Front, back, left, right selectable, with memory for each grinding program’s feed mode.
Automatic shutdown on grinding wheel overload.

Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving, combined scheduling
Featuring a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic variant)
Functionality: Includes various grinding programs for surface grinding, groove cutting, sole grinding, side grinding, and unequal distance and depth displacement grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing: Automatic dressing of the bottom plane, with rough and fine grinding settings, automatic compensation during the grinding cycle.
Feed mode options: Front, back, left, right selectable, with memory for each grinding program’s feed mode.
Equidistant and non-equidistant grooving options available.
3. Our four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing capabilities: Arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
Waist circle processing, requiring input of AB size.
Triangle fillet processing, requiring inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral fillet processing, requiring side lengths A and B, and fillet size R.
Eccentric circle processing, requiring input of eccentricity and starting/ending diameters.
Circle processing, requiring input of starting and ending diameters.
Arc: Seamlessly enter the arc size and effortlessly adjust the rotation angle with precision.
