I. HS series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (available in servo and hydraulic types)
Processing capabilities: Surface grinding and grooving
Equipped with a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functions: Includes grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed modes: Front / back / left / right selectable, each program retains memory of feed mode.
Grinding wheel overload protection with automatic shutdown feature.
II. (available in servo and hydraulic types)
Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving, and combined scheduling
Equipped with a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functions: Offers diverse grinding programs including surface, groove, sole, side, and variable distance and depth grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing: Bottom plane dressing, adjustable for rough/fine grinding time and amount, with automatic dressing and compensation during cycles.
Feed modes: Front / back / left / right selectable, each program retains memory of feed mode.
Capable of equidistant and non-equidistant grooving.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines available in both horizontal and vertical configurations
Processing types include arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
Handles waist circle processing by entering AB size.
For triangle fillets, input the inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
For quadrilateral fillets, enter side lengths A and B, along with fillet size R.
Processes eccentric circles by entering eccentricity and starting/ending diameters.
Circle: Kindly enter both the starting diameter and the ending diameter for precision and excellence.
Arc: Please input the arc size as well as the desired rotation angle for unparalleled accuracy.
Features such as step difference and rotation profile are available for enhanced versatility.
