I. HS series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (available in servo and hydraulic types)
Processing capabilities include surface grinding and grooving.
Features a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type).
Functions include advanced grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed mode options are flexible: front, back, left, or right. Each grinding program retains the memory of its feed mode.
Automatic shutdown is triggered by grinding wheel overload.
II. Available in servo and hydraulic types
Processing capabilities include surface grinding, grooving, and complex scheduling.
Incorporates a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type).
Equipped with diversified grinding programs: surface, groove, sole, side grinding, and unique displacement grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing: Bottom plane dressing with automatic dressing and compensation based on pre-set rough/fine grinding schedules.
Selectable feed modes (front, back, left, right) with memory retention for each grinding program.
Features equidistant and non-equidistant grooving with unequal depths.
3. The four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processes include arbitrary equal divisions and complex skipping tooth processing.
For waist circle processing, input size AB.
For triangle fillet operations, input inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
For quadrilateral fillet, input side lengths A and B, and fillet size R.
For eccentric circles, input eccentricity along with starting and ending diameters.
For circles, simply input the starting and ending diameters.
Arc: Simply input the desired arc size and rotation angle to achieve precision and perfection.
