Processing capabilities include Surface Grinding and Grooving.
Featuring our exclusive Patented Hydraulic Control System (for hydraulic models).
Functions: Equipped with versatile grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Select feed modes from front, back, left, or right. Each grinding program offers memory feed mode.
Experience the convenience of automatic shutdown upon grinding wheel overload.
II. Models available in both servo and hydraulic types.
Processing capabilities encompass Surface Grinding, Grooving, and Combined Scheduling.
Incorporating our Patented Hydraulic Control System for hydraulic models.
Functions: Diverse grinding programs including surface, groove, sole, side grinding, and unequal displacement.
Grinding wheel dressing allows for bottom plane dressing. It automatically adjusts for rough/fine grinding, ensuring precision with automatic dressing and compensation during grinding cycles.
Selectable feed modes: front, back, left, or right, with memory feed mode for each grinding program.
Features include equidistant and non-equidistant grooving.
3. Our Four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
Processing types include arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
Waist circle processing, input AB size.
Triangle fillet processing, input inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral fillet processing, input side lengths A and B, along with fillet size R.
Eccentric circle processing, input eccentricity and the diameters for start and end.
