I. HS series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing capacity: Perfect for surface grinding and grooving operations.
Features an innovative patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functionality includes a suite of grinding programs: Flat surface and groove cutting.
Feed mode options: Front, back, left, and right selectability, with memory for each grinding program's feed mode.
Includes a safety feature for grinding wheel overload, ensuring automatic shutdown.
II. (servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing capacity: Capable of surface grinding, grooving, and advanced scheduling.
Equipped with a proprietary hydraulic control mechanism (hydraulic type)
Function: Comprehensive grinding programs offer surface, groove, sole, and side grinding, as well as unequal distance and depth displacement grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing: Automated for bottom plane with preset rough/fine grinding dressing times and amounts, incorporating automatic dressing and compensation during cycles.
Feed mode options: Front, back, left, right selectability, memorized for each program.
Facilitates both equidistant and non-equidistant grooving.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines come in horizontal and vertical configurations
Processing capabilities: Supports arbitrary equal division and skip tooth processing.
Waist circle processing, requires input of AB sizes.
Triangle fillet processing, input inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral fillet processing, input side lengths A, B, and fillet size R.
Eccentric circle processing, requires input of eccentricity and start/end diameters.
Circle processing, simply input the starting and ending diameters.
Arc: Effortlessly input the precise arc size and desired rotation angle to achieve optimal results.
Step Difference: Seamlessly adjust the rotation profile and other parameters to meet your specific needs.
