State-of-the-art patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functional excellence: Includes a variety of grinding programs for surface, groove, sole, side grinding, and complex displacement grinding at varying distances and depths.
Precision in grinding wheel dressing: The bottom plane is meticulously dressed according to set rough/fine grinding times and amounts, with automatic dressing and compensation during cycles.
Feed mode flexibility: Front, back, left, or right options with program memory retention.
Expertly-engineered equidistant and non-equidistant grooving capabilities.
3. The four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in both horizontal and vertical designs.
Processing types: Mastery in arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
For precise waist circles, input AB size.
For triangle fillets, simply enter the inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
For quadrilateral fillets, input the side lengths A and B, along with fillet size R.
For eccentric circles, enter the eccentricity along with starting and ending diameters.
For perfect precision, input both the starting and ending diameters of your desired circle with ease and accuracy.
