I. HS Series: Models 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (available in servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing Capacity: Ideal for surface grinding and grooving.
Features a patented hydraulic control system (specific to hydraulic type).
Functionality: Comes equipped with versatile grinding programs for flat surface and groove cutting.
Feed Mode: Offers selectable options for front/back/left/right. Each grinding program memorizes the feed mode for enhanced efficiency.
Integrated grinding wheel overload protection with automatic shutdown for safety.
II. Available in both servo type and hydraulic type configurations.
Processing Capacity: Suitable for surface grinding, grooving, and combined scheduling.
Incorporates a patented hydraulic control system (exclusive to hydraulic type).
Functionality: Features a variety of grinding programs including surface, groove, sole, side, unequal distance, and unequal depth displacement grinding.
Grinding Wheel Dressing: Offers bottom plane dressing with automatic dressing and compensation based on set rough/fine grinding dressing times and amounts within the grinding cycle.
Feed Mode: Customizable front/back/left/right selection with memory for each grinding program.
Capable of equidistant as well as non-equidistant grooving.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing Types: Supports arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
Waist Circle: Input AB size for precise outcomes.
Triangle Fillet: Input inscribed circle size B and fillet size R for accuracy.
Quadrilateral Fillet: Enter side lengths A and B along with fillet size R for exactitude.
Eccentric Circle: Input eccentricity along with starting and ending diameters for tailored results.
To initiate the shaping of a circle, please enter the initial and final diameters with precision, ensuring a seamless and efficient operation.
