I. HS series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving.
Featuring a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type).
Functionality includes a grinding program designed for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed mode options: Front, back, left, right, with each grinding program's memory feed mode.
Automatic shutdown feature to prevent grinding wheel overload.
II. (servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving, and complex scheduling.
Patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type) for advanced operations.
Equipped with a range of grinding programs for surface, groove, sole, side, and custom displacement grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing encompasses bottom plane dressing, with set rough and fine grinding parameters for automated dressing and compensation during cycles.
Selectable feed modes: Front, back, left, right, with memory configuration for each grinding program.
Facilitates equidistant and non-equidistant grooving.
III. Four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing types include arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
To process waist circles, input the AB size.
For triangle fillets, provide the inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral fillet processing requires side length A, side length B, and fillet size R inputs.
To process eccentric circles, input the eccentricity along with starting and ending diameters.
For circle processing, input starting and ending diameters.
Arc: Simply input the desired arc size and specify the rotation angle to achieve precision and efficiency.
Step Difference and Rotation Profile: Ensure perfect alignment with our advanced parameters like step difference and rotation profile, tailored for superior outcomes.
