I. HS Series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (Available in servo and hydraulic types)
Processing Capacity: Expertly handles surface grinding and grooving.
Features a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type) for superior performance.
Functionality: Comes equipped with comprehensive grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed Mode: Offers selectable feed modes—front, back, left, right—with each grinding program retaining its feed mode settings.

Processing Capacity: Capable of surface grinding, grooving, and combined scheduling for versatile applications.
Patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type) ensures reliable operations.
Functions: Offers an array of grinding programs including surface, groove, sole, side grinding, along with unequal distance and depth displacement grinding.
Grinding Wheel Dressing: Automatically manages bottom plane dressing with set rough/fine grinding times and amounts, incorporating automatic dressing and compensation.
Feed Mode: Customizable feed options—front, back, left, right—with memory retention for each program's feed settings.
Features equidistant grooving and not equidistant unequal capabilities.
3. Four-Axis CNC Grinding Machines: Available in horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing Types: Supports arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing for complex tasks.
Offers waist circle processing with AB size input for precise outcomes.
Provides triangle fillet processing by entering inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Facilitates quadrilateral fillet processing by entering side lengths A and B along with fillet size R.
Enables eccentric circle processing with input for eccentricity and starting/ending diameters.
