Processing Capabilities: Surface grinding and grooving
Features a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functionality: Equipped with grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed Mode: Options for front, back, left, and right; each grinding program memorizes the feed pattern.
Includes grinding wheel overload protection with automatic shutdown.
II. Available in both servo and hydraulic types
Processing Capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving, integrated scheduling
Features a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functions: Equipped with extensive grinding programs covering surface grinding, groove cutting, sole grinding, side grinding, and asymmetric displacement grinding.
Grinding Wheel Dressing: Automatically manages rough and fine grinding, with in-cycle dressing and compensation based on preset times and quantities.
Feed Mode: Configurable for front, back, left, and right; each program retains its feed mode.
Enables both equidistant and non-equidistant grooving.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines: Available in horizontal and vertical configurations
Processing Types: Allows for arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing
Capable of handling waist circle processes with inputs for AB dimensions
Supports triangle fillet processing with inputs for the inscribed circle size B and fillet size R
