I. HS Series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (Available in servo and hydraulic types)
Processing Capacity: Surface grinding, grooving
Patented Hydraulic Control System (Hydraulic Type)
Functionality: Equipped with a grinding program for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed Mode: Selectable front, back, left, or right feed mode with program memory for each grinding task.
Automatic Shutdown upon Grinding Wheel Overload.

Processing Capacity: Surface grinding, grooving, and complex scheduling
Patented Hydraulic Control System (Hydraulic Type)
Functions: Diverse grinding programs include surface grinding, groove cutting, sole grinding, side grinding, and displacement grinding with variable distances and depths.
Grinding Wheel Dressing: Automated bottom plane dressing with set rough/fine settings, automatic dressing, and compensation within the grinding cycle.
Feed Mode: Selectable front, back, left, or right feed mode with memory for each grinding program.

Waist Circle Processing: Input AB size for precision.
Triangle Fillet Processing: Input inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral Fillet Processing: Input side lengths A and B alongside fillet size R.
Eccentric Circle Processing: Input eccentricity and starting and ending diameters for tailored results.
Circle: Begin by entering both the starting and ending diameters. This forms the foundational step to achieving precision and consistency in your project.
