Processing capabilities: Surface grinding and grooving
Featuring an innovative patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic model)
Functions: Comes with grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed modes available: Front, back, left, right - each grinding program retains memory of the selected feed mode.
Automatic shutdown feature triggered by grinding wheel overload.
II. (Available in both servo and hydraulic models)
Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving, and complex scheduling
Equipped with our proprietary hydraulic control system (hydraulic model)
Functions: Offers a variety of grinding programs, including surface grinding, groove cutting, sole grinding, side grinding, and grinding with unequal distances and depths.
Grinding wheel dressing: Automatic dressing of the bottom plane during the grinding cycle, tailored to specific rough and fine grinding dressing times and amounts, with built-in automatic compensation.
Feed modes available: Front, back, left, right - each grinding program retains memory of the selected feed mode.
Capable of handling equidistant and non-equidistant grooves with unequal parameters.
3. Our four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing capabilities include arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
Waist circle processing: Enter AB size for precision.
Triangle fillet processing: Input required inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral fillet processing: Enter side lengths A and B, and required fillet size R.
Eccentric circle processing: Input eccentricity along with starting and ending diameters for custom applications.
Circle: Input both the starting and ending diameters to effortlessly configure your machining process.
Arc: Define the arc size and rotation angle with precision for unparalleled accuracy in every cut.
Step Difference: Easily adjust the rotation profile and other parameters for optimized performance.
Processing Schedule: Save your customized settings as a processing file for seamless access and reuse in future operations.
