I. HS series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (available in servo type or hydraulic type)
Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving
Features a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functions: Comes with a grinding program for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feeding options: Offers front/back and left/right feed selection, with feed mode memory for each grinding program.
Includes grinding wheel overload protection with an automatic shutdown feature.
II. Available in servo type or hydraulic type
Processing capabilities: Surface grinding, grooving, and combined scheduling
Features a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type)
Functions: Includes diverse grinding programs for surface, groove, sole, side, unequal distance, and unequal depth displacement grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing: Automatically performs bottom plane dressing according to set rough/fine grinding times and amounts, with automatic dressing and compensation during the grinding cycle.
Feeding options: Offers front/back and left/right feed selection, with feed mode memory for each grinding program.
Capable of equidistant grooving as well as non-equidistant, unequal grooving.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines, available in horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing types: Accommodates arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
For waist circle: Enter AB size.
Triangle fillet: Enter inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral fillet: Enter side length A, side length B, and fillet size R.
Eccentric circle: Enter eccentricity and starting/ending diameters.
Circle: Simply input starting and ending diameters to achieve precision machining.
Arc: Define the arc size and rotation angle to sculpt with pinpoint accuracy.
