Precisely input waist circle dimensions with AB size.
For triangle fillets, accurately enter inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
For quadrilateral fillets, specify side lengths A and B along with fillet size R.
Eccentric circle processing: Input eccentricity and the starting and ending diameters.
