I. HS series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing capacity includes surface grinding and grooving.
Boasting a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type).
Functionality includes grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed mode options: Front / back / left / right selectable. Each grinding program retains memory of feed mode.
Automatic shutdown feature upon grinding wheel overload.
II. (servo type / hydraulic type)
Designed for surface grinding, grooving, and combined scheduling.
Features a patented hydraulic control system (hydraulic type).
Loaded with diverse grinding programs: Surface grinding, groove cutting, sole grinding, side grinding, and unequal distance and depth displacement grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing: Bottom plane dressing with automatic execution in grinding cycles based on set parameters for rough and fine grinding.
Selectable feed modes: Front / back / left / right with program memory retention.
Capability for equidistant grooving and not equidistant unequal patterns.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines, available in horizontal and vertical types.
Processing abilities include arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
Waist circle processing requires AB size input.
Triangle fillet processing requires input of inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral fillet processing needs side length A, side length B, and fillet size R inputs.
Eccentric circle processing requires inputs for eccentricity, starting, and ending diameters.
Circle processing involves inputting starting and ending diameters for precision outcomes.
Arc: Enter the specific arc size and desired rotation angle to achieve fine-tuned and accurate machining results.
Step Difference: Define the rotation profile, step difference, and other critical parameters for a seamless and dynamic manufacturing process.
The processing schedule can be conveniently saved as a processing file, ensuring effortless retrieval for future machining needs.
