I. HS series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing Capacity: Capable of handling surface grinding and grooving tasks.
Features a patented hydraulic control system for optimal performance (hydraulic type).
Functionality: Equipped with a comprehensive grinding program for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed Mode: Offers selectable front/back/left/right options, with memory for each grinding program's feed mode.
Automatically shuts down in the event of grinding wheel overload, ensuring safety.
II. (servo type / hydraulic type)
Processing Capacity: Specializes in surface grinding, grooving, and complex scheduling operations.
Incorporates a patented hydraulic control system for enhanced efficiency (hydraulic type).
Functionality: Offers a diverse range of grinding programs, including surface, groove, sole, side, and displacement grinding with variable distance and depth.
Grinding Wheel Dressing: Featuring automatic bottom plane dressing based on preset rough/fine grinding times and amounts, with automatic dressing and compensation throughout the grinding cycle.
Feed Mode: Front/back/left/right options available, with memory for each grinding program's feed mode.
Equidistant grooving with options for unequal spacing.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing Types: Capable of arbitrary equal division and skipping tooth processing.
Waist Circle: Inputs required for sizes AB.
Triangle Fillet: Requires inputs for inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
Quadrilateral Fillet: Inputs needed for side lengths A, B, and fillet size R.
Eccentric Circle: Requires eccentricity and starting/ending diameters for processing.
Circle: Please input the initial and final diameters to perfect your project with precision and ease.
Arc: Define the arc size and rotation angle to ensure accuracy and a seamless finish.
