I. HS Series: Models 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100, available in either servo type or hydraulic type.
Processing Capacity: Surface grinding and grooving tasks.
Features the uniqueness of a patented hydraulic control system (applicable to hydraulic type).
Functionality: Comes equipped with specialized grinding programs for flat surfaces and groove cutting.
Feed Mode Options: Front, back, left, and right selections are available, with memory capability for each grinding program feed mode.
The system is designed to automatically shut down in the event of grinding wheel overload.
II. Available in both servo type and hydraulic type.
Processing Capacity: Incorporates surface grinding, grooving, and the flexibility of combined scheduling.
Boasts a patented hydraulic control system (applicable to hydraulic type).
Functionality: Offers a variety of grinding programs including surface grinding, groove cutting, sole grinding, side grinding, and complex displacement grinding with unequal distance and depth.
Grinding Wheel Dressing: Features the ability for bottom plane dressing, with set parameters for rough or fine grinding dressing time and amount, enabling automatic dressing and compensation within the grinding cycle.
Feed Mode Options: Available selections include front, back, left, and right, with program memory for each feed mode.
Capable of performing equidistant grooving, along with non-equidistant and unequal operations.
3. Four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing Types: Capable of arbitrary equal division and sophisticated skipping tooth processing.
For waist circle operations, simply input AB size specifications.
For triangle filleting, input the inscribed circle size B and the fillet size R.
For quadrilateral filleting, enter both side lengths A and B, along with the fillet size R.
For eccentric circle operations, input the required eccentricity along with starting and ending diameters.
For circles, just input the starting and ending diameters.
Arc: Simply enter the desired arc size and specify the rotation angle to achieve precision machining.
Step Difference and Rotation Profile: Effortlessly adjust step differences and fine-tune rotation profiles for optimal results.
Processing Schedule: Save your processing schedule as a convenient file, allowing for seamless retrieval and efficiency during future operations.
