I. HS Series 618 / 250 / 3060 / 4080 / 40100 (available in servo and hydraulic models)
Processing Capacity: Excels in surface grinding and precise grooving.
Features a patented hydraulic control system for superior performance.
Functionality: Comes equipped with programs for flat surface grinding and groove cutting.
Feed Mode: Offers customizable feed modes - front, back, left, right, with memory for each grinding program.
Automatically detects grinding wheel overload and initiates shutdown to prevent damage.

Processing Capacity: Versatile in surface grinding, grooving, and combined scheduling.
Incorporates a patented hydraulic control system for advanced functionality.
Functionality: Diverse grinding programs including surface, groove, sole, side, and unequal distance/depth displacement grinding.
Grinding wheel dressing: Automated dressing and compensation based on pre-set rough/fine grinding parameters, ensuring precision during grinding cycles.
Feed Mode: Customizable feed modes, with memory for each grinding program - front, back, left, right.
Capabilities include equidistant grooving, as well as non-equidistant unequal depth operations.
3. Our Four-axis CNC grinding machines are available in both horizontal and vertical configurations.
Processing Types: Supports arbitrary equal division and sophisticated skipping tooth processing.
For waist circle processing, just enter your desired AB size for precision results.
Configuring triangle fillets is simple: provide the inscribed circle size B and fillet size R.
To process quadrilateral fillets, input side lengths A and B, along with the fillet size R.
Eccentric circular processing requires eccentricity, starting diameter, and ending diameter inputs.
For perfect circular processing, input your starting and ending diameters.
Arc: Simply input the desired arc size and specify the rotation angle for precision and efficiency.
Step Difference: Effortlessly set parameters like rotation profiles and more to suit your needs.
The processing schedule can conveniently be saved as a processing file, enabling easy access and streamlined recall for future operations.
